In which currency are the prices on the site displayed?
All prices are in EURO.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Generally, the following applies:

• Netherlands/Belgium: Ordered before 23:00 = shipped the next business day.
• Germany: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
• The rest of Europe: Delivered within 3-5 business days.

Note: shipments are only made on business days. No orders are shipped on weekends.

I'm not happy with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait until it arrives and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, use our simple return system to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?
If you made a spelling mistake or an incorrect address was automatically filled in, simply reply to the order confirmation email and confirm it. Once you have double-checked that the provided address is incorrect, you can notify us by email at info@samako.nl. If the provided address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be made after 24 hours following incorrect submission.
